What to Wear:
We suggest wearing whatever makes you feel comfortable—for some, that might be sweatpants and a t-shirt, while for others it may look different.

Neil’s office is located in the lower level of a medical building shared with other mental health professionals. To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep your volume low when entering and walking through the building.

How to Find the Office:

  • Take the elevator or the stairs down to the Lower level.

  • When you exit the elevator, take an immediate left.

  • Walk down the hallway until you see the restrooms on your right — feel free to use them before your session.

  • Take a left at the restrooms.

  • Neil’s office is the last door on the right.

A Note Before Your Session:

  • If the door is closed, please have a seat on the couch just outside. Neil will invite you in when he’s ready.
